hello i am 15 years old and i am a cancer survivor. i was diagnosed with stage III rhabdomyosarcoma when i was 4 years old. i remember the day, what i was wearing, my mom's tears, and me not understanding. i have had to fight a huge battle. a battle no child should ever undergo. i used to think as i got older it would nevr end. to this day i still have fear because of it. if i feel a wierd pain i freak out. i have scars that a hard not to notice, but i always tell myself that those are my battle scars. evryday i walk on this planet is one more day God gave me. i am thankful for everything i have. i know right now that the parents or the kids feel like there is no hope or even a bright side, but i promise you here is. you grow and you see what life is all about. having cancer, im not saying was a good thing, but in a way a blessing. i am more thankful and courageous because of it. jst remember there is always HOPE. if anyone is struggling around this disease please feel free to message me. i am here :)
