Retinal surgery in London

Greetings from Spain. I've recently had a retinal tear, which has been treated with laser.

I'm planning a trip to London. In the event of suffering a retinal detachment while staying there (I hope not!), where would you recommend me to go?. Public or private hospital?. Are there any clinic more specialized in retina (and with surgery capabilities)?
