Hi, just wondering how many RLS sufferers stay in bed when it gets bad or do you get up and try and do something? I always get up, and sometimes get very little sleep but i find it impossible to distract myself at night in bed and i don't want to wake my hubby up. Think i would have better luck staying in bed? Just curious what works for others.

most of the time i get up and walk, otherwise i wanna cry it gets so bad. good luck with your move.
