Hi, Im new to this site. Ive suffered with RLS for over 15 years and it is progressively getting worse. Im currently 33 weeks pregnant with my 2nd baby and feel like im going crazy. Im very tired and sore but am unable to rest at all or sleep due to the RLS. Before i found out i was pregnant, i was perscribed codiene tablets and took 60mg every night. The tablets changed my life and allowed me to be able to watch TV and get to sleep at night. However, i have been unable to take the same dosage since becoming pregnant. My doctor has recommended taking only 15mg once or twice a week but to be honest this is having no effect and i feel exhausted.
Has anyone else any tips on coping with RLS in pregnancy? Posted on 09/01/09, 04:09 pm |
