Hi all. I was diagnosed with Restless Leg Syndrome about 7-8 years ago. They said I moved my legs like 400+ times every few minutes. It is so bad and it literally drives me MAD. I lie in bed at night just wanting to cut my legs off but its just something I have gotten used to the best I can. I am on Lexapro and I can't imagine how bad my anxiety would be if I wasn't on it as my anxiety at night is horrible. I tried Requip for several months but it caused me severe side effects so I had to stop taking it. I don't take anything else for it. I am seeing my doctor on Thursday to see about another sleep study. I have reason to believe I have sleep apnea. I felt I had sleep apnea back then and I was diagnosed with RLS so maybe its just getting worse. I have to sleep like 12+ hours a night or I am useless the next day and as a full time college student that is NOT good. It will be nice to talk to others that understand what I'm going through. I'm anxious to get this sleep study done.

" Welcome April! I am the same way, when the pain is at its worst, I feel like chopping ym legs & feet off if it would make it stop. I started on Mirapex a few months ago and it has helped a lot, especially at night. Good luck with the sleep study. I find fatigue significantly exacerbates my RLS so maybe it will make a difference if you find out you have sleep apnea. "
