All,
I am a skeptic, so when I heard about this method I tried it out. I mean, after reading hundreds of testimonials about this method, I figured "Hey, they can't ALL be wrong about this." So I tried it, and the very first night, for the first time in months have been able to sleep the whole night through. The best part is that I am not on any medications for my RLS. Ok, here it is (don't laugh) You can check out the testimonials to this on your own and try it yourself. It is much cheaper that any drug out there and way more effective at eliminating RLS.

What you do is simply find a bar of soap, put it in an old sock or nylon and place it under the fitted sheet of your bed near where you are having the RLS symptoms. You fall asleep and don't wake up until you are supposed to. Viola!! Spread the word!!!

I might add that you need to talk to your doctor before discontinuing any medication you are currently taking as some of them have horrible side effects.
Good luck to all!

" My dad just told me about this & he swears by it. So, yes, I bought some bar soap & put it in bed with me. I think maybe I should put it in a nylon or sock though because then I could either beat my legs at night or knock myself out with it.
Nope, didn't work for me, sorry. "
