I have to take double the dose of the generic. Has anyone else had that experience?

I haven''t had that experience with generic ReQuip but I have with generic thyroid meds. My doc said they aren't as precise when they make generic meds.

Cyndi -- ReQuip was one of the first drugs specifically for restless legs syndrome. As such, it was a welcome introduction after we for years relied on drugs like some anti-depressants or anti-anxiety meds that had some ancillary positive benefits for those of us with RLS.

I never had much success with Requip, but it sounds like many people have had a lot of success with it, so even though some people may need a bigger dose of the generic, this may be a positive step.
