Well I have been without my mirapex for 2 months now. Tried alot of things but the only thing that really seems to be working is quinine. Its in tonic water and i really don't like the taste of it so i mix it with sprite. I drink a glass about an hour before I go to bed.Still have some twinges but its not as bad.

Your so welcome.. just to let you know though..you have to be patient. It may take a few days for it to start working but it really helped me.

My mother took quinine for many years for "night leg cramps and cold feet" which probably were RLS, until they finally removed quinine from the market.
After that, she tried tonic water but it wasnt enough. I cant remember what it was but she finally found some kind of OTC antihistamine or antacid that had some quinine product in it that worked. (she died at 90 after breaking her hip.)
