OK I'm still pretty sick with this nasty virus that now has turned into a major sinus headache and serious vertigo. I think possibly fluid is on my middle ear...it's difficult to watch TV or read...it's when I move my eyes from side to side or up and down that it really sets it off. I need to get my stress level down soon or I will end up having a stroke at 48 like my mom did. Blood pressure is 150/87 and my pulse was 120 this morning. It's been a rough week so far. Vel today has not been boring to say the least. Got my butt moving by 9:30 so I could go to the Salvation Army so they could help me out w/ medications as I/we didn't have enuff money in the account to pay for it. Also got some anti-depressant meds for a mo. supply as well. Had my apt. w/ counselor then met up w/ a friend who bought coffee this afternoon.
