Just wanted to let you know that I love the picture of both you and your wife. This is a hard site to belong to. But whenever I see your picture, for me anyway, it puts a lighter feeling on the discussions that are going on at the time. My moods tend to be up and down. But then I'll see a response for you guys and it really helps me to feel a little better. You're also so wonderful in your honest replys. I know that you would rather be somewhere else, but I always look forward to reading your posts. Thanks!!!!! Shelley

Thank you so much for the kind words, Shelley
You are correct that none of us WANTS to be here, but we are, want to or no. This site is chock full or wonderful people, some of whom have helped me in ways they cannot imagine; with words, deeds, and example. If I am helpful and kind (and I try to be) it's because others have shown me that wonderful spirit in My times of need.. In reality, you are thinking EVERYONE here through me for being loving and supportive. Dave (Ain't my wife cute????)

Hey there Dave, how are you doing? I just got back from Canadian, TX, which I found out is called the 'Oasis of the Panhandle"...well, whatever they might call it, it was just what I needed. That is so wonderful, that Shelley put a discussion thread about you here; you give such good advice and support, and oftentimes, I know that you yourself are very selfLESS and could use a cheering up with honest caring from others. You were the first one here I met, and you are always in my thoughts. Although I didn't blog while on vacation, but sat on a porch and watched fireflies (poor me..lol), and I didn't turn on a computer much at all (recommend that to all at times) I was thinking about how everyone was doing, and I know that there were a couple of folks having procedures, and a couple others we know of about 2 wks out from their surgeries. So I prayed on all of that. Let me know how you are doing. Hi to Shelly too! Hugs, love, Hunter
