There is a preditor here on DS.  Let me tell you that Michael Dymant is nothing more than a player-he took my heart and broke it in two and is on the verge of breaking yet another- he is a sick MAN they are all the same in my opinion trying to play the field with no CONCERN about who he hurts in the process. I HOPE HE gets his in tenfold- and I am truly sorry he is dragging michelle down int...

Tuesday, October 28, 2008 | An Educational story

    Hi Gang,
Well,  I went to see Dr. Evans yesterday and he told me that he thought that the lump on my kidney was where they had gone in for a stone removal about 4 years ago, but because I told him that I was feeling very weak in the morning, having lower back pain, fatigue and the blood in the urine, of which he again tested, and I still am passing blood even though he said that most of my st...

  • C T Scan With Contrast

Sunday, December 21, 2008 | An Educational story

On December 19th I had a CT Scan with contrast to see if cancer had reappeared were they had removed a tumor from my left kidney.

Aside from my personal blog elsewhere, I found another article that a patient & their wife/significant other would probably find interesting...it was based on a study of male prostate cancer patients. Bear in mind that I'm posting this on RCC group, and I believe that if you read this you could relate the feelings of spouses of RCC fighters with those of prostate CA spouses/s.o's.
    The ...

  • Knowledge with Benefits

Sunday, June 7, 2009 | An Educational story

Well, the Kidney Cancer Association has done it again. Not only is there a Webinar coming up July 8th about Kidney Cancer surgery modalities, but they sent me an email this past week that spoke of mRCC and RCC patients offering their feedback, and if chosen, they are giving $50 to the person they chose. Below are the links, or you can go directly to the KCA website. I suggest folks go to the webs...

  • Fried Egg and the POE

Monday, June 15, 2009 | An Educational story

Tonight we fly back to Phoenix, a twenty-four hour trip. I was up at 4:00 AM frying an egg, since this pain medication must be taken on a full stomach. So my Darling got up with me and talked and drank coffee.
With tears rolling down my face (the first time I've cried), I wondered how my Friend could see this demon forming inside me and not warn me. Also my new haircut got smashed during the n...
