Super Swollen Hands - HELP - Rings stuck

My hands are SUPER swollen. More than they have ever been. I can't even move my wedding ring at all. My finger is looking bad - I am afraid I am going to have to get my rings cut off.

Does anyone have any tips for getting them off? I've tried all the usual: ice, soap, oil and even butter. But this is not typical swelling, it's RSD swelling. Any tips? I really don't want to have to get them cut off, it will break my heart. ;(

" You may want to wait a little bit if you can and the ring isn't hurting you and then when your swelling goes down take the ring off. "

" I agree with melisRSD, but if you want to try one more thing - window cleaners like Windex have silicone in them. . . sometimes you can get really tight jewelry off by liberally spraying your finger with it, and working the ring(s) off!

Good luck. . . My mom used to work in a grocery store and they used this trick all the time to get kids hands from between the cart bars! LOL "
