Hi,
I was recently lost my job and have to look for work. How do you guys handle your meds and drug tests? I take a comb of medications and don't know what do or say while I am looking for work. Please help.

" find a job that doesn't take drug test on applicants. When i was in the Navy they exempt me from random testing because they knew about the car accident already and it was justified because this was not a pre existing condition prior to signing on and boot camp. Some employers may be understanding to this especially if it is non-narcatic meds. Educated ppl may be more accepting to your drug test coming up possible if it harmless narcotics which are tramadol, and tylenol 3 with codeine. Irregardless to all of that the effect of prescription drugs may be distracting, and have you lethargic. Pain conditions can be explained to an understanding employer especially if youre not working around machinery, and if the safety of yourself and others may be taking into consideration. Anyways you are showing great courage to continue to work. Good luck and Happy New Year. "
