I woke up this morning and had a thought. I have been focusing so hard on just surviving all of the crap going on in my life, that I have forgotten about thriving. My kids need me to not only survive, but to thrive. I can survive and still be broken and empty, but to thrive - that's another goal entirely. I took to the pool yeasterday, and although it was really strange and will take some getting used it was very productive. I am back riding my bike and swimming, and I hope to be running again by the end of September.
