well i woke at 530 the first time didnt feel bad got up at 930 and the pain has creeped in not bad, but i shall not be repeating yesterday . i have taken my pain meds and am now waiting for them to kick in.at least i had a wonderful day yesterday so i am not about to complain abou today .i figure i did a hell of a lot that this body is not used to doing so i should probably just suck it up ...

well it is now thurs and i have been off my meds for a week now. i have not felt this well since 06. my dr s office finally called back on tues. i called her wed.not happy i stopped cellcept and plaquinel. my new blood work from mon shows my wbc are dropping and so are my absolute neutorphils[sp]the stress indicater. so i think maybe the meds were making me so sick. i would wake...1 Recommendation2 Comments

well i went to the lupus center today.i have been worried sick about facing my doctor after i took myself off the cellcept. she had sent me paper work on methaltrexate and imuran. she wanted me to choose one of them instead,afer reading up on them on the internet i have decided not to take either.i already have kidney,liver and heart failure and the risks of the side effects are just not worth it...1 Recommendation2 Comments

We Had a terrific 4th.!! Randy finally awoke around 4pm., The rain stopped around 5pm. He decided to take us to the fireworks. IT WAS GREAT!!! we parked so close you could reach out and touch them. But at least the hots didnt fall on us. I hope to download what video I took later. The kids were so excited.!! The joy from thier little faces made it all so great. I am SOOOOOOOOOOO happy to be saying that 8 chemo treatments are done! They scheduled 8 and by the grace of God, and the support of family & friends, I made it through them!
Goal is moving forward........... Radiation is next (scans will be being done w/in next few weeks as well!)
Doesn't seem possible that I started this journey almost 9 months ago!!!!!

OK - It's been 4 days without a headache. I'm happy. But it feels strange. Well - actually it was 2 days completely headache free, and the past 2 days I've had a minor headache that I can deal with - really, if I am preocupied I don't notice it so much - so I'll say it doesn't really count.
