" I was put on procardia, a low dose of blood pressure medication. It gave me bad headache so I opted to not take anything.

Medications take long term do damage to kidneys and liver so being 44 and having many more years to live I'd rather not take medications and have worse things happen later in life.

I work really hard to limit all the chemicals I take, or bring into my home.
We are living in a toxic soup and our bodies are already attacking our organs so put more toxins and chemicals in our bodies. "

" Was diagnosed with Reynaud's by my GP this morning and have been prescribed Nifedipine. (The small pink tablet was something of a challenge to my manhood). ;o)

Anyone used this tablet before? The list of possible side effects is a bit scary. "
