my baby son needs help trips please asap

my baby son has been get cold hands and feet since birth we spent a lot of time in and out of hosptial. dr have now told us it is raynauds but that is all! we are having to put at least 4 layers of clothes on him this is making it hard for him to move around and learn skills such as walking.

we need help and support from people whom no about this and deal with it daily! any tips would be helpful
