Raynaud's and High Blood Pressure Meds

My doctor recently gave me a beta blocker (METOPROLOL)for pre-hypertension (high blood pressure). He knows I have Raynauds (although he said oh, yes, caused by frost bite?? Is he crazy?). I see there are possible severe side affects of cold hands and feet and a warning be careful with this med if you have Raynauds. Doctor never told me this.

Has anyone had any experience with Raynaud's and blood pressure issues?
