I have Fibromyalgia among other illnesses but was wondering if these symptoms also pertained to Reynaud's (I think it does actually, just wondering if anyone else experienced this).
The other morning it was so cold I could barely move, my hands and feet were numb and painful to bend. My whole body ached, joints and muscle. Was this a combination of Reynaud's and Fibromyalgia? Posted on 09/14/07, 09:09 pm |

I think it would be a combo, I am not totally sure but I have fibro and raynauds and that is how my hads and feet feel on cold days. I just try to keep them as warm as possible.

It does sound like a combo. I cannot be in the cold for any length of time and I really need to wear protective clothing for my fingers and good warm boots for my feet. And still, they feel affected most times.
Try to stay as warm as you can. The cold affects my fibromyalgia too! Ella

I think it's a combo. I have Raynaud's and Lyme. I have some really good inserts (infrared) that I use for my boots and my gloves, too. My Lyme doc recommended them. They really do work. I'll have to get the name for you. They're recommended especially for Raynaud's.
