Advice:
So Cold...

this is my 6th year or having Raynauds. Until a year ago, it wasnt ALL that bad. Nothing mittens and time couldnt solve. Now though, its painful. And so, so cold.

As you guys know, stress and emotional problems is a large trigger for attacks... Well, lately I've been having really bad problems with my partner. And my raynauds has gotten to the point where all of me is cold almost all the time. I've tried taking showers and turning the water all the way up, I've tried wearing fur boots and winter jackets and gloves, I've tried staying in bed... I've tried standing over a heater, and in front of a fire place. Everything. I just cant get warm. And my mom is going through menopause, so of course she wants to keep the house around 68 degrees. Which is really unbearable to me. When I get really cold, the pain gets really bad.

I can't avoid the emotional stuff. I can't take away the stress. So how can I take away the cold? Please? Any ideas?

" Keep taking hot showers and standing by the fire and over the heater ducts. I do the same things and if others have ideas. Lets have them. One other thing I do to generate heat and release stress is do lots of strenous exercise. I hope this helps, Pat "
