Summer Time Issues

Hello, I just joined this group today. I have had raynaud's for about 7 years now. It has been quite easily managed for the most part. I have just have problems when I am outside in the winter or when I am grocery shopping. My Raynaud's is secondary to Lupus and Sjogren's Syndrome. Today, for the first time, I have noticed a sensation in my hands similiar to the sensation that I have in the cold. This happened when I was doing some work in my yard. It isn't as severe as what I experience in the cold and it just makes my hands turn "blotchy", not the real white color that I have in the cold.
Do any of you have a similar reaction to physical stress?

" I have the same experience. My pedrheum told me it was livedoreticularis, which is secondary to my Raynauds. You should check it out and talk to your rheumatologist. "

" So far I don't have problems with raynaud's in the summer. Only if I go to the grocery store or places really cold with the air conditioners on. I wear gloves all the time. Praying you will get better. Love and Prayers, Berta "
