I have always had very cold and painful feet and hands...I actually fill the sink with hot water and dip my feet into the sink to \"defrost\".They also turn white.I have to wear Hot Hands in my shoes or they hurt from being cold.Once the weather warms up above 60,they arent as bad.Sometimes massaging them gets the blood flowing too.Is this Raynauds,or am I just cold for some other reason?

Hello yes it sounds like you have it i just went to a neurologist over this.They have a cpl of different high blood pressure pills that are suppose to help you can take without having high blood pressure but no cure yet. tc

The white fingertips and toes is a classic indicator of Raynauds.
