Hi, you are not alone. I have had Raynaud's for 12 years. It is a miserable and scary disease. You will learn what works for you. I run my fingers under warm water when I get an attack on my fingers. I never go barefoot and I dress appropriately for cold days and nights. I am on blood pressure pills and Plaquenil for Lupus. I have never been prescribed and med's. for Raynaud's. Good luck and learn as much as you can about your condition, Knowledge is power!
