Advice:
What should I do? is it to do with reynauds?

A while ago the doctor confirmed my suspicions that I have reynauds disease, I don't really know what to expect from it, often my extremities drain of all colour and blood, I don't know if it can cause much damage when that happens. Yesterday though something which has happened before happened again, I don't know if it's linked to the reynauds or if it may happen again in other situations like going into the sea etc. and if it can cause real damage, affect heart, lungs, brain, etc. it was very extreme, probably the worst I've ever felt, except for the last time it happened.
I had had a long bath, I opened the window, because I don't like over heating, I had a glass of water, I didn't feel ill at all. When I got out of the bath I had to sit on the side because I felt dizzy, then suddenly my vision completely went, I felt really painfully dizzy, there was a loud buzzing in my ears, I collapsed onto the floor, I felt so sick, dizzy, confused, I thought I was dying, I couldn't stand up, I was sick a few times until there was nothing more to come up then felt better.
I hope someone can help, advise, shed some light?

" I have done this several times myself. But I don't know if it's related or not. Sorry.

" I know Raynaud can really make you feel weak. My doctors tell me to keep my hands and feet warm especially since cold weather is coming on. I hope you find a doctor that can help you and give you answers. Praying for you. Love and Prayers, Berta "

" It sounds like your pressure dropped from such a warm bath. That happens to me if I make my water too warm. It makes you weak and dizzy. By the time you opened the window, your body was already overheated. "
