I went to my RA doctor yesterday. My throat had become so sore I was afraid I would have trouble with a cold or whatever. My RA doctor is really great. She and the doctor I go to at Baylor for my PAH are on the same wave length and they communicate which I really appreciate. I am taking an antibiotic and prednisone again. Sit in the car. Just sit. Feel my breathing. Feel my body relax as I breathe. Eventually I feel my body pulsing too. Feel the relaxation.

Well, on sunday I woke up to an Orange tongue... so weird I couldnt figure out what I ate to cause it.. I searched a lot of web sites lots of occurances. but not all for the same appearant reason.
