" To anyone, whether you are personally the survivor of the rape, or a family member, friend, husband, wife, sibling - buy this book. It's called Recoving from Rape, by Linda E. Ledray. I bought this book after 11 months of suffering from the PTSD follwing my rape and this book as givin so much positive insight. It explains why you feel the way you feel, ways to help yourself, how to feel more in control, and more. Just my own advice, and I am so pleased with the book I felt I should share. Hope this helps.
