Well I am now reading Trauma and Recovery by Judith Herman, M.D. and it's more of a clinical book I think on trauma, how people see it, and coping with it. I haven't finished it but I will update when I do.
A friend gave it to me a while back for some reason and just picked it up so if anyone else has read it give some comments so I know and everyone else! |
