Rape Support Group

Timmy, I'm so sorry that you need this group, but I'm so glad you found your way here. There are some other male rape survivors who post here.

I hope you feel welcome here. To be honest, I sometimes get triggered, still, by guys. But that hasn't been the case with any of the male survivors here. What's important to me, as a mother of boys, is that no survivor feels like they don't belong here, or like they have to apologize for their gender. It's hard enough to deal with rape, without having to deal with that additional burden.

I just wanted to let you know that you are not alone here.

Hey Timmy, you are very welcome in this group. I too, am a male rape survivor and the women (and few men) on here are wonderful and VERY supportive and understanding. I hope I can help you in any way I can. Just let me know if you want to talk about anything. As other people have said, it's sad that we have to find a group like this, but it's good that we have a place to share and be supportive of one another. Anyways, I'm rambling, welcome to the group!
