HI, MY NAME IS MARIE, I'M ALSO NEW TO DAILYSUPPORT. BUT NOT NEW TO PPH. I'VE KNOWN I HAD THIS SINCE 1991. I TAKE REVITO, LETRIS AND ABOUT TO START ON VENTAIVS. I REALLY WANTED TO TELL YOU SINCE YOUR NEW TO THIS. PLEASE LIVE LIFE TO THE FULLEST. YOU BEAT THIS DIEASE DON'T LET IT BEAT YOU. GOD BLESS YOU. I HAVE BEEN BEATING PPH FOR18 YRS. THE DOCTOR SAID I WAS IN BAD SHAPE AND DIDN'T EXPECT ME TO LIVE PASS 5 YRS. I JUST STARTED TAKING MEDICINE FOR PPH ABOUT 4 YRS. AGO. I LIVE WITH 82 OR LOWER OXYGEN. YOU CAN DO THIS. I'M PROOF.

Welcome.I've been diagnosed with PAH for about 18 months and when I finally got on Revatio it was like night and day. My shortness of breathe was better and I could handle activity easier. God Bless You and Goodluck.Eiliene

Thank you for your positive thoughts ! I will get my revatio tomorrow by UPS from the specialty pharmacy.I hopeful it will help with my shortness of breath doinf basic household chores .. & not be afraid to excercise . I do work fulltime in a pediatric office .. My PH is mild , but just gathering laundry or doing stairs or trying to walk & talk at the same time .. I get short winded ..My goal is to hopefully not be afraid to do stuff and be more active.

Hi Becca,
I've been taking viagra (same as revatio) 3 times a day since December and have improved tremendously. I had multiple bloodclots in my lungs which caused the PH and was very breathless even just pottering around the house. I think it took a few weeks before I started to notice an improvement but after 9 months I feel that I am still improving and my last pulmonary function test last june confirmed it. I hope that you start to feel better very soon - Sandi x
