Hello Liz - sorry I've only just seen your question. I was diagnosed with PH last November after a clotting episode in my lungs. I have since been told that its OK to fly but I arrange supplementary in-flight oxygen as a precaution. I would really hate to cause a panic if I got breathless half way there! My doctor said that my blood oxygen levels are still on the low side (about 92 at rest) so combine this with low oxygen on a flight and I could get breathless. So check with your doctor but maybe this would put your mind at rest too - love Sandi x
