I have ILD. My last PFT result one month ago measured my lung capacity at 55%. My prior results 3 months earlier was at 47% lung capacity. Has anyone ever had a similar experience when the PFT results improved? What questions should I ask my Pulmonary doctor regarding these results to better understand what is going on?
