I have just recovered from another lung infection this time was so worrying as there was a large mass in my lung, the good news is the treatment has worked, but it takes so much out of me physically and mentally, I have a wonderful partner of 5 years and I want to feel well and not a burden i have always been very independant and it only in recent years that my health seems to be taking over every part of my life, I spend so much time attending hospital and doctors surgery I feel this is my social life now i have depression but am taking medication for it something i refused for many years,I am a normaly a happy lady who enjoys life and clothes and looking good and have kept fit most of my life but st the moment it is one health problem after another,I sometimes feel I would be better of on my own and have said as much to my partner but he wouldnt hear of it , he is very suportive, Im used to looking after other people and find it very hard to let someone look after me we have a great love between us and love our time together. thanks for reading this . Be grateful that you have someone to look after you. I had my brother looking after me up until last Aug/07 when he passed away from a severe stroke. Now I look after myself and I don't really like it and don't know how long I'm going to do it. I don't have too many choices. Hugs, Tom
