High folks - i have been having light heads and dizzieness for about 2 weeks. Now I have been having sharp pains to the rigght of my head beside right eye and it also feels like pins and needles - should I be concerned about this ie. bleeding or tia - many thanks in advance.

Whether on warfarin or not, I'd want to get that checked out.
I get similar symptoms when I'm not drinking enough fluids (dehydration). It can happen pretty easily. Are you drinking enough?
