Advice:
DVT/PE and leg pain

I was diagnosed with pe in Sept of this year. I was released from the hospital and put on coumadin. I was feeling fine and the doctor wanted to see me to get the scoop on what happened. While I was in the office, he recommend a few things to do to keep the blood flowing in my legs. One was to pick up my leg and press my foot against the back of my thigh. I did this in the office and immediately felt pain in my thigh. He said "well, maybe we need to wait on that exercise". Since that day my leg has not felt the same. Today, as I am writing this it feels like it is swollen and stiff. I have mentioned this to my doctor and he said to give it a month and see what happens. Well, its been almost 3 and it still feels the same. Does this sound like another blood clot? or is it anxiety? I don't know what to do.
