Does anyone have any information about any interactions with soya milk and Coumadin? I can't find much info on this.

Hey, Google Soy and Warfarin. I got a bunch of hits, with what looks like a concensus that it can potentially lower your INR...but I'll bet if you're consistent in your soy milk consumption, let them adjust your coumadin around it, and stay consistent, it wouldn't be a problem. (like vitamin K consumption)

Maybe because soy contains plant based estrogens? I've not been able to find much in the way of plant estrogens and clotting. I've also wondered about other environmental estrogen-like substances we're exposed to, how or if it affects clotting in those of us predisposed.
