I'm really paranoid about accidentally getting pregnant because of the coumadin being fatal to the fetus. I know I can get the IUD, but I was wondering if anyone knew of any other options?

" Technically you can take any pill you want while you're on coumadin because you're safe from clots.

It's when you stop that you need to be careful what you take but then the risk of fetal abnormalities due to the coumadin is gone. "
