Okay here is a thought, Every one post anything big or small that is positive for today, I am finding with the IH I focus on the negative so trying really hard to focus on positive. I thought it would be good for everyone, I wanna hear ur positive no matter ho big or small.

My positive of the day is- I am making a lifestyle change. I am pretty excited about it. I am going to change the way I eat and try to build some muscle. Also.. I started doing yoga.. small steps of course. Beginners! I feel a lot better mentally and physically than I did a week ago. Nice going on the 7 more pounds. =) Betty!

My positive for today is that I enjoyed getting out of the house and going to my son's football banquet. They won their game last night so they are the champions for this season. It was so nice just laugh and have fun.

We went shopping together. She has been saving her money for a PSP (portable playstation) so we went and got one today. The smile that was on her face was worth the frustration of getting the right one (that's another story). Thinking we have to all agree that one positive of PTC is the ability to find joy in the smallest of things!

i recently got the lap band and am slowly loosing weight. Since loosing this weight, I am having fewer and fewer headaches!!!!!! My quality of life has much improved. With nerve blocks in my neck, i have much fewer neck spasms. YAY!!!!!! I am much, much happier:)

I am almost 6 weeks post-surgical on my gastric bypass and I have been able to ween off another 125mgs of Diamox. Only 625mgs to go! I am counting the days until I can get off this devil medication.
