I've been on Humera for 2mos now.. My skin is Clearing up Nicely :) ... and here comes the BUT!
Im getting Hives ? and I've read so many Neg Things about humera Im so Scared, Some people say it Causes MS, and Cancer all over the body. Im 30.. I've had P for 20yrs Now, I Just need a Break, I don't know if I Should continue to Take the Humera, Gee I Wish I KNEW what to DO! Is this Wonderful Drug, really that bad? I wonder If the HIves are from the Humera? Im not eating anything diff, I think the supressed Immunie system causes Hives, I can deal with it... But Really Should I Keep taking it , Ir get my Dr. to take me off of it? Im So confused, and Stressed.... Thanks Much Love Posted on 10/18/09, 07:10 am |

Hi. I was on Humira for 8 months and not only did my skin not clear up, it got increasingly worse. You should definitely contact your doctor to make sure you're not allergic to something in the injection. I just got my first injection of a brand new drug, today, called Stelara. It attacks a whole other part of the immune system. I'm hoping it works! Anyway, I hope everything works out for you!
