I have psoriasis, recently found out my uncle has it too, my gran has rosacea, and my 2 little cousins from the uncle have exzema.
Im just wandering if anyone has any advice for me?
I have scalp psorisis bad, my stomach, and back are really bad, and my elbows and knees.
Thanks,,
Iv kind of found a bit of a help. Putting my cream on a band aid, then puttin it on the sore over night, the moistness of the cream seems to help, coz when i wake up it is often less red and angry.

With psoriasis in the scalp potent steroids in an alcohol solution (like fluocinonide 0.05 percent (AKA Lidex)) are indicated

" Psoriasis is hereditary. My advice for you would be to know all you can about psoriasis. Try different methods and find out which one bests and helps you control it. Any sort of stress to the body does play a part in it...getting sick, tattooed, body peircings, weather changing seasons, etc. I've had psoriasis for almost 10 yrs now and have tried everything under the sun. What works for my scalp psoriasis is avoiding hairsprays, gels, mousses, etc...all these do is prevent your scalp from breathing if that makes sense. Also as far as shampoos I use an over-the-counter called Nizoral. It has worked wonders with helping control the dryness and flaking. With the rest of your body keep it moisturized daily. I found that Eucerin Calming cream works wonders as well as Aquaphor on the really bad areas at night. But try to find a hobby that allows you to center yourself and destress after a long day. Summer months the sun is great for psoriasis just be sure to wear plenty of sunscreen if you go this route. If you have any questions all please ask :) "

" Herbal Treatment for Psoriasis Guaranteed:

Psoriasis is a disease whose main symptom is gray or silvery flaky patches on the skin which are red and inflamed underneath. In the United States, it affects 2 to 2.6 percent of the population, or between 5.8 and 7.5 million people. Commonly affected areas include the scalp, elbows, knees, arms, stomach and back. Psoriasis is autoimmune in origin, and is not contagious. Around a quarter of people with psoriasis also suffer from psoriatic arthritis, which is similar to rheumatoid arthritis in its effects. Psoriasis was first given that name in complete differentiation from other skin conditions by the Austrian dermatologist Ferdinand von Hebra in 1841, although there are what are believed to be descriptions of the disease in sources going back to ancient Roman and possibly even biblical times.
