I read Josh's story and wonder if that better describes Seborrheic Dermatitis than Psoriasis...can be similar in appearance but treated much differently...both do respond to topical steroids...Seb Derm is VERY common...just thought id throw that into the mix....sharon

What is the difference between Seborrheic Dermatitis and Psoriasis. I thought they were both basically the same, just in different areas of the body.
