I had prostatitus on and off for about 4 months. I was on cipro for a month and it came back, then on levaquin for 2 months and again it came back. My doctor decided to check for a stricture that may be causing it and instead found 3 infected polyps. These polyps were causing the infection to keep coming back. Now that the polyps are removed everything is good, symptons finally gone.
