I've been in the catergory of prostatitis for almost 4 months now. I had frequent urination, pain in urethra, & pain in rectum. I did acupuncture & now only have urination urgency & discomfort in urnary tract (feeling like something is there causing discomfort)
Is this common for prostatitis? Cause I actually feel my prostate isnt inflamed anymore. Is this how prostatitis affects guys? Do symptoms come & go or do they always remain? I'm trying to find out if I'm on my way to recovery OR could I expect symptoms to return when they want? Posted on 01/07/09, 05:01 pm |

The symtoms of prosititis come and go, and sometimes with you a long time. The reason is your doctor is imcompetent like most urologist . They train at a school where their taught not to bother it much with massageand and hand you a pill. Only 20% of patients recover from this treatment. Then they blame BPH because they don't know what esle to do. In Phillipines they give 3 massages a week for a month to 2 months and sometimes add meds and cure 80% in that time period. The Prosititis foundation here is trying to convince Med. school to change back to the Manilla method here in us in the meantime were all sick. There is one doctor in Fla., Shockes who using the Manilla method and the Prostitis foundation in Arz.
