And forgive me if this is too much information!
Had the radical surgery 3 years ago. Odd, but I don't think I've ever seen this particular issue addressed: While I had a pretty active sex life, morning masturbation was as routine for me as brushing my teeth. Never missed a day before hitting the shower. What I miss more than intercourse (still not getting full erections) is the whole ritual of masturbation. The Ejaculation. It's kind of sad now using two fingers on a limp penis to arrive to a dry orgasm. Granted, they do feel awesome, but it sure ain't the same. Can anyone relate to this? Would love to here from you. I too had a radical prosectimy 10 years ago, and I can no longer ejaculate. But more importantly, I get male orgasms. Once in a while during sex I manage a strong quick short spurt. My wife used to love to have me ejaculate for her on her breasts, and in her vagina or mouth. But she still enjoys making me orgasm. I have never had the need to masterbate. My wife takes care of that for me. I don't think I have ever orgasmed during masterbation, but you will know it when you get it. On getting solid erections, it takes time and frequent practice to regain solid wood. We used the pump at first, then I was able to get erections through sexual play, briefly at first, but then for longer periods of time. Now I have to use Viagra about 1 in 3 sessions. We continue to have sex 2-3 times a week. I usually orgasm every other session.
