Brachy Therapy Upcoming, What To Expect Afterwards

My hubby & I just received word that they are making arrangements for him to receive Brachy Therapy on Dec 1st. We were told not till Jan so this kind of caught us off guard.
If it does go thru(depending on how things go with the Anasteseologist 1st) is there anyone out there can give me some kind of idea of what we can maybe expect for a period afterwards.
