after surgery 3 months ago, there is side effects, especially with urination, and ED has been occuring, is this common, will there be more changes, what can be done,

Well, after surgery there are some side effects,like incontinece that may last for a year depending on your body system,also there is some ED,but some people get lucky and have some erections after 6 months without any medications,some need to take viagra,cialis,etc,but the best thing is to get some help from your partner and let her to manage the situation without taking any pills,if doesn't work then take your pill.My doctor told me that some time I have to masturbate taking the pill,because it would help to get the muscle of the pennis back in shape,remember that was inactive for a long period of time.Good luck
