I must say I am at a time where I am literally baffled at the Endos here in Canada at least in Western Canda. The province I live in we have 1 Endo who in the beginning of this told me I have a prolactinoma 4mm he put me on bromo 1 full pill a day and told me to see him in a year, that this was no big deal. Today is the completion of my first month on Cabergoline. Although the side effects have been constant, my major complain are these horrible headaches!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have felt pretty good most of the time. With the exception of some moods swings and feeling of "hung over" on alot of days. So I took the new meds Bromociptine last night for the first time. This morning I woke up with the worse headache and a very neausious feeling. I have been feeling sleepy, lazy, and sick to my stomach ever since. This medicine apparently is the only medicine hey perscribe to treate Prolactinoma. I feel a bit sad, that I came to this site expecting to find support from others who suffered the same or a similar condition and share things.
Doug has been very welcoming and supportive.
But I have posted a couple of items, and given a hug to one member, plus answered a couple of others, sharing my similar story (ie the Prolactinoma Support Group)

I just got back from the doc...had to have an echo since long term use of dostinex may cause valve problems...but looks like it turned out okay,...then went to endo...and my GH is still elevated!!!!
