I am so relieved! Being somewhat claustrophobic made going in a little scary. As nerve-wracking as that whole experience was - I found some humor in it. An open MRI machine?!! Really!! Maybe funny, maybe not. Here was my adventure on Friday though. I hadn't heard from my RE so I called her office to find out when I was supposed to go for my blood draw. Apparently it was never ordered so the office called me back (Thursday afternoon, actually) to say it was on the books and I could go whenever, but they wanted a fasting test.
