Worse the more I sleep

Hello
I have recognized, that I feel worse the more I sleep.
Prolactin is released during sleep - so maybe there is a connection?
After a sleepless night, I often feel more "fresh" inside my head, more active, and clearthinking - but fatigue off course. Any of you have same experiences?
Lots of greetings
Gitte

" Everybody is different of course, so this idea may not help you but it helped me so I thought I would mention it just in case. Before I started treatment and while my levels were still kinda high I would overheat very easily (my body temperature would rise) while I slept, then I would wake up feeling yucky. Keeping my body temperature down during the night with lighter sheets and lighter pjs really helped me to feel better in the morning when I woke up. I haven't actually checked to see if there was a connection with prolactin levels and body temperatures, but making sure I didn't get to hot while I slept was a big help in the morning. :) "
