Hello, I'm new to the board. I've been lactating for over two years and have had two normal blood tests. So, I didn't seek further medical attention. Recently, I've developed facial pain behind my nose radiating to my upper teeth. I went to a neurologist last week and also described that I was always feeling exhausted, my joints were achey, I have no sex drive, and that my breasts were producing more milk than when I was breastfeeding, over three years ago. I am awaiting my MRI results and have not read about anyone with the facial pain symptoms. Is there anybody out there who has experienced this?

I haven't experienced this myself, but it is common knowledge that pituitary tumors can grow to such a size that they press against cavities inside your head. This can be dangerous, especially with the optic nerves so close. This should show up on an MRI. Not to alarm you, but you might need surgery. Let's hope I'm wrong. Good luck with your diagnosis.
