" Yes! I'm an organic farmer and live in a hot climate. The abrupt temperature change from coming inside to air conditioning (78 degrees) after being out in 108 degree temperature, causes my contractures to flare up and tighten more. That's also a known trigger for me for acute attacks. Sometimes it helps to lay down in bed and "acclimate" for a few. Other times it doesn't make any difference. Will be glad when cooler weather is upon us.
